We work directly with regional workshops to document every stage of production, from raw material to finished piece. This means you get the story behind each object, not just a product photo.
Every listing includes the workshop name, region, and the specific technique used. You know exactly who made your piece and how it was made.
We limit each collection to what the artisans can produce in a season. When a piece sells out, it stays sold out until the next batch is ready.
Natural dyes, locally sourced timber, and traditional glazes are documented for each item. No hidden composites or industrial substitutes.
A share of every sale goes straight to the maker. This keeps traditional skills viable for the next generation of craftspeople.
Each product card includes a short note on the design's origin, symbolism, or regional significance. Useful for curators and educators.
We provide specific care instructions for each material, plus access to repair services for ceramics, textiles, and wood pieces.
Why collectors and studios choose our catalog
Straight answers about ordering, shipping, and the handmade process — no fine print, just the details that matter.
Every piece in our catalog is reviewed by a small team of craft specialists. We check the maker's process, materials, and finishing details before anything goes live. If a listing can't be confirmed as handcrafted, it doesn't make it onto the site.
Many of our artisans accept commissions for size, color, or pattern adjustments. Use the contact form on the product page to describe what you need, and the maker will reply within a few days with a timeline and any limitations.
Most pieces are made to order, so expect 5–10 business days for production before dispatch. Once shipped, domestic delivery takes 2–4 business days. International orders can take up to two weeks depending on customs.
If an item arrives damaged or doesn't match its description, we'll arrange a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery. Because each piece is unique, we can't accept returns for change of mind — but we'll always work with you to resolve any issue.
Yes. We're always looking for makers who respect traditional techniques and use quality materials. If you're an artisan, send us a few photos of your work and a short note about your process — we review every application personally.
We ask every artisan to confirm the origin of their raw materials, from timber to natural dyes. Many of our makers work directly with local suppliers and cooperatives. We highlight sustainable practices on each product page so you know what you're supporting.
Still have a question about a specific piece or an order? Reach out through our contact page and we'll get back to you within one business day.
